social media management, with the making included

Your social media, handled.

It plans the week on a strategy map you edit with it, makes the images, video and captions, publishes to every network you connect, hears what people say about you when they are not talking to you, and writes the week up every Monday. On Autopilot, or one approval at a time.

Nothing publishes without you unless you turn Autopilot on. Even then it emails you the week with a deadline, and deleting a draft is how you say no.

Most tools join at the last step

Almost every social media tool is built around a calendar: you bring the posts, it decides when they go out. Threadovo starts a step earlier — it researches your market, writes the captions, generates the images and video, and then schedules what you approve. Along the way it draws the strategy on a map you edit together, and every Monday it writes the week up from your own numbers — two things a scheduler has no reason to do.

A scheduling tool

Three of the four steps happen somewhere else, and the handoffs are where the week goes.

  1. Decide what to say

    Your head, a doc, a competitor’s feed

Happens elsewhere: Your head, a doc, a competitor’s feed
  2. Write the caption

what a scheduler cannot do

It shows you the strategy. Then it tells you how it went.

A calendar tool can hold your posts. It cannot hold your reasoning. Threadovo keeps the strategy as a map you and the AI draw together, and every Monday writes the week up from your own numbers. Nothing else in the category does either.

The strategy, as a picture you both edit

  • Drawn node by node while it researches: the goal, the pillars, competitors, trends and ideas.
  • Yours to redraw. Drag, rename, accept a branch to green-light it, drop one to veto it, colour one to point at it.
  • Share it by link. A client reads and comments; a collaborator edits under their own name. Autopilot builds the week on what you accepted.
How the map works

The week, written up every Monday

  • Every Monday, written like an account manager would: what performed, what the numbers proved, what to try next.
  • Every figure computed from your own accounts; the charts drawn from them; the AI writes only the reading.
  • One click to a Google Doc or a PDF with the strategy map inside it — the report a client actually opens.

Or let the week happen without you

Switch Autopilot on for a workspace and set its weekly budget. From then on it researches, plans, writes and generates next week on its own, emails you the whole thing with a date on it, and publishes what you have not deleted.

Every white-label tool brands the calendar and leaves the making on your payroll. You can put your logo on the dashboard in an afternoon. The posts still have to be written, designed and filmed by someone you pay. That production is 15 to 20 hours per client, per month, by the industry’s own reckoning. Autopilot is the part that takes it.

Source: Enrich Labs, white-label social media industry guide, 2026

  • A deadline, in writing

Autopilot drafts the week and emails you the whole thing: every post, every platform, every slot, and the moment it will start publishing. Nothing goes out before that moment. If you read nothing else, you have still been told.

  • Delete is how you say no

You do not have to approve anything for the week to go ahead, which is the point. You veto by deleting: remove a draft and it will not run. Silence means yes, and you were given a deadline before the silence started counting.

  • A weekly budget it cannot exceed

You set a weekly credit budget and Autopilot cannot spend past it. Not "should not": the governor checks before each generation and stops. An agent working unattended with an unbounded wallet is the thing worth being afraid of, so it does not have one.

ten networks, swept nightly · read by the strategist and autopilot too@tundeadeyemi → on your lead list, message attached
listening · what people said this week, read for you

It hears the people who never tag you

A scheduler hears the comments under your own posts. Threadovo hears the tweet asking who delivers to Lekki, the post complaining about the café next door, the review nobody answered, across ten networks, every night.

Then it does the part a listening dashboard leaves to you: it reads every mention, keeps the ones worth a person, and hands you the buyer with the reply already written. The strategist and Autopilot read the same feed, so a question people keep asking becomes next week’s post.

  • Ten networks, every night

Your brand, your products, the topics your customers ask about and the rivals you name are searched across TikTok, X, Instagram, Facebook, Reddit, LinkedIn, YouTube, Threads, forums and the news. Reviews on your Google listing and Facebook page land in the same place.

  • Every mention read, not counted

After each sweep the AI reads what it found and says what each post is for: someone looking to buy, someone unhappy with a rival, praise worth asking to share, a question worth a post. The noise is filed. You see the rest, surest first.

  • A message, not a dashboard

The surest buyers go straight to your lead list with the reason and a first message drafted in your voice, and the same columns flow to the Google Sheet your leads mirror to. You read it, fix it if you like, copy it and reply. Threadovo never sends it for you.

One loop, four beats

The workflow is the product. Watch a post travel from prompt to published without leaving Threadovo.

  1. Generate

Describe the post. The studio returns an on-brand image, short video, or caption, already sized for each platform, grounded in the brand kit it read off your own site.

    content studio
  2. Approve

Every platform gets its own variant, and every variant crosses your desk. Edit the caption, swap the media, then sign off. Nothing posts without you.

    composer · per-platform variants
  3. Schedule

Drop approved posts onto the calendar. Drag to reschedule; each destination carries its own status you can read at a glance.

    calendar · drag to reschedule
  4. Publish

Your post goes out at the exact minute you chose, whether or not your laptop is open. If something fails it retries on its own, and it can never post the same thing twice. Results come back into your analytics automatically.

    publishing · what actually happened

Research your market once. The strategist keeps what it learned, draws the strategy on a map you can edit, and plans every week against it.

Plan. Make. Publish.

Three jobs, one subscription, one credit balance, one brand kit. Everything below shares all four.

And then it tells you what actually happened

Results come back into your analytics on their own, per platform, per post, with the failures named rather than averaged away. You find out a connection broke from us, not from a post that quietly never went out.

Then, every Monday, the week is written up: what performed, what the numbers proved, what to try next. The figures are computed from your own accounts, the charts are drawn from them, and the AI writes only the reading. Export it to Google Docs or PDF and it is a client report.

The parts you only notice when they fail

Publishing is the easy demo and the hard product. This is the engineering underneath it.

  • 01

    Always the best models

Images, video and captions come from the strongest models available, and we swap them as better ones arrive. You get the upgrade without changing anything.

  • 02

    Nothing posts without you

Raw AI output never reaches your audience. You read and approve every version of every post before it can be scheduled, unless you switch on Autopilot, which still emails you a deadline and lets you veto by deleting.

  • 03

    It posts on time

Your posts go out at the minute you chose, whether or not your laptop is open.

  • 04

    Never posts twice

If something goes wrong mid-post, Threadovo retries safely. It cannot accidentally publish the same thing twice.

  • 05

    One balance for everything

Every tool draws from the same pot of credits, shared across your whole account instead of being locked to one client or workspace.

  • 06

    A space per client

Agencies keep each client separate, with their own team, their own approvals and their own brand voice, from one dashboard.

Who is this for

Your evenings back

Post every day without it eating your evenings

You are the strategist, the writer, the designer and the editor. Threadovo takes three of those four jobs and leaves you the one only you can do.

For creators

Capacity without headcount

Serve ten clients with the team you have

Every white-label tool brands the dashboard and leaves content production on your payroll. Threadovo takes the production.

For agencies

Consistency without a hire

A social presence that runs whether or not you get to it

You are not short of things to say. You are short of the afternoon it takes to say them properly, every week, forever.

For business

Billing and account access

Your price is your price

Almost every tool in your stack bills in dollars, so the rate moves and your costs move with it, usually in the middle of a retainer you have already quoted. Threadovo is priced in naira and charged in naira through Paystack. When the rate moves, your invoice does not.

One currency, one processor, one number on the invoice. There is no dollar price to convert from and no rate to check before you can work out what you are paying.

What you are handing over

Connecting an account lets Threadovo publish to it and read back how the posts did. Nothing else. Your passwords never reach us: you sign in with the network itself, and the access it returns is encrypted before we store it. Only people you invite to that workspace can use it. Disconnect an account, or cancel, and the permission ends.

Good to know

  • Both, on purpose. It does the management job the way tools like Buffer, Loomly or Hootsuite do: connect your accounts, plan a calendar, approve posts, publish on schedule, read the results and answer comments. The difference is that it also makes the content, captions, images and video, in your brand voice, instead of expecting you to bring posts made somewhere else.
